Product Design

Our R&D team has several product design experiences on structural, hardware circuit and software design, also includes reliability verification. We can work for the entire deisgn process and strictly implement the stages review during R&D process. To ensure product quality is stable and development cycle meets the expectations. At the same time, we pay attention to the DFM verification of new products, to ensure the one-time pass rate and consistency meets the requirement of mass production.

We can provide our customers for sample or product conceptual design. That means, customers only provide reference samples or concept description or picture of their new products. Based on this information, we complete the entire process of new product design (excluding industry design), sampling verification and mass production for our customers. However, we are not a solution provider and do not provide board-level or separate hardware and software design services.

Manufacturing

We have our own production lines to meet the capacity requirement of our own products from trial run to mass production, and to ensure the basic inventory of conventional products. We attach importance to production management and quality control, and continue to improve product throughput and production efficiency. Strictly control the whole process quality management from raw material storage, process control to finished product shipment, effectively control product quality and improve production efficiency.

We provide our customers with OEM/ODM services related to their own products, and effectively follow the product quality requirements and contract terms to deliver products. However, we are not a manufacturing factory, and do not provide manfucturing services that are not related to our products or business.

Patents & Certificate

It is the foundation source for us to design and produce high-quality products. As a necessary option for new products, product qualification testing is a prerequisite for product quality assurance and market recognition. We conduct evaluations at the product development stage to ensure that product performance meet relevant certification requirements. We will conduct CE, FCC and RoHS tests and obtain relevant certifications after fully verifying new products according to product requirements.

We understand the importance of intellectual property rights and currently have trademark certificates at home and abroad. Based on the need to protect product intellectual property rights, we attach great importance to patent applications for new products. We will apply for appearance patents and application new patents based on the characteristics of new products.
